Marc Selner, D.P.M
Dr. Selner graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, San Francisco in 1973. He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and is part of three generations of podiatrists; his father, brother, and daughter have all participated in advancing the profession.
Dr. Selner has worked with his brother to perfect the clinically advanced surgical procedure for bunions called the Tricorrectional Bunionectomy that was featured on the Learning Channel Television Program. He has published six articles on this procedure along with a related article on utilizing a sesamoid fixation technique in the foot. He has performed thousands of the Tricorrectional procedure that have resulted in many happy and active patients.
Dr. Selner is committed to continuing education and staying up to sate on the latest foot and ankle treatments and techniques. He was head analyst of a biomechanical lap using motion analysis, EMG, F-Scan, and Lumbar Motion Monitor systems for advance biomechanical analysis.
Dr. Selner has served as Clinical Instructor of Podiatry at the University of Southern California for many years and for over ten years, he has headed the Podiatric Externship Program. With a long and distinguished history as an innovator in his field, Dr. Selner is an exceptional addition to our team.
